Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer, and estimated processing times will be noted in the product description. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary by carrier but generally range from:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by location)

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. The Whimsical Workshop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

 

Local Pickup
If local pickup is available, you will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready. Local pickup is specific to East and Southeast Texas 

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Certain items may have additional shipping restrictions based on material or size.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, please reach out within 7 days, and we’ll work to make it right.

At The Whimsical Workshop, we take pride in our handmade products and strive to ensure every item meets our quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop.whimsy25@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
